Creative Proteomics offers the Luminex Human Cardiovascular Disease 6-plex/8-plex/10-plex/11-plex/12-plex Panel for quantifying human cardiovascular disease-related factors in serum, plasma, tissue culture supernatants and cultured cells. These panels contain known human cardiovascular and inflammatory markers, as well as candidate proteins with equal potential as markers of cardiovascular disease, and help to understand the mechanisms of immune cell activation and the cytokine circuits that underlie disease progression, revealing additional roles for cytokines in cardiovascular disease. Based on Luminex xMAP technology, ideal speed and sensitivity can be achieved for simultaneous quantification of multiple analytes, significantly increasing productivity and saving valuable sample volumes.
